Management Mix trainers did the design and delivery of five full days of training sessions on “Best Practices in HR (Talent Management)” and “Effective Leadership Skills” to 40 managers from Caritas, Lebanon.

The objectives of the training program were to enhance the motivation and engagement of the managers and to enable the team leaders to effective lead their teams towards the main goals of the organization; Management Mix experts delivered five full days training sessions to 20 Managers.

YWCA (Young Women Christian Association)
24 board members from YWCA NGO participated to the “Public Speaking” and “Best Practices in Communication Skills” in-house training sessions delivered by Management Mix;
Dar Al Aytam Al Islamiyya
The program objectives were to enhance the soft skills and managerial skills of the managers and employees at Dar Al Aytam Al Islamiyya .
More than 50 managers and 40 employees participated to the program and shared their experiences by active participation to the trainings.
The trainer customized the training content, examples and exercises in order to suit the different participants’ levels divided into two levels: managers and employees and the training sessions were conducted in Arabic according to the management request;
